Notice regarding Discount Ticket Purchase
ACE offers discounted fares to seniors, passengers with disabilities, and Medicare recipients. To be consistent with ACE’s Ticketing Program guidelines for Discount Tickets, Proof of Eligibility to qualify for purchase of discount ticket is required at time of purchase and on-board ACE as requested.
Please be prepared to show your current proof of eligibility at time of purchase, even if you have previously purchased a discount ticket. Passengers without current proof of eligibility are required to purchase a full fare ticket, but may contact ACE Ticket Department at ticketing@acerail.com within 5 ACE operating days of purchase to resolve.
In-person ticket sales are available at the Stockton, Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Livermore (LAVTA Office), Pleasanton, Fremont, and Great America stations.
