ACE Announces Partnership with 49ers and Levi’s Stadium to Serve a Concert and 49ers Games
Stockton CA – The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) and the San Francisco 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium are pleased to announce a strategic partnership to provide and promote sustainable transportation via the ACE train service to select events at Levi’s® Stadium. ACE will be serving Ed Sheeran’s The Mathematics Tour concert on September 16, 2023, and weekend San Francisco 49ers games throughout the 2023-24 NFL season. “We are very excited to have a partner like the San Francisco 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium that recognizes the value alternative transportation can provide,” says Stacey Mortensen, Executive Director of SJRRC. “We’re looking forward to many of our community members experiencing all that ACE has to offer for the first time while riding to a concert or the game.”
ACE serves communities from Stockton to San Jose Monday through Friday with train service. Its primary users are commuters who work in the Tri-Valley, Silicon Valley, and broader Bay Area. With its special train service, ACE is expanding the usability of its service and meeting a growing need for alternative transportation options outside of peak commute times.
ACE special train service will include Ed Sheeran on September 16 and the San Franciso 49ers games on October 1, 8 and 29; November 19; December 10, 2023; and January 7, 2024.
