Purpose
The purpose of this statement is to define ACE's policy with regards to the collection and use of information through use of the ACE website.
Anonymous Information
This type of information is transmitted by your browser and includes the URL of previous web page visited on the site, domain names or IP addresses assigned to your computer by your provider when you connect to the internet, and your browser version.

This type of information could include name, address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card information. ACE will make every reasonable effort to protect your privacy. It restricts access to your personal identifiable information to those employees who will respond to your request. ACE does not intentionally disclose any personal information about our customers to any third parties except by the consent of the person providing the information or as required by law, including, but not limited to, the California Civil Discovery Act and the California Public Records Act. ACE only collects personally identifiable information that is required to provide service to the customer.

Email addresses obtained through ACE’s website will not be sold or given to private companies for commercial marketing. Email or other information requests sent to the ACE website may be maintained in order to respond to the request, forward that request to the appropriate department within the ACE or to provide the ACE web master with customer feedback to assist in improving the website.

By using the ACE website, user agrees to indemnify or hold harmless ACE and the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) for any occurrence resulting from an act of user’s use of the ACE website. ACE and SJRRC will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of user information but is not liable for any injury caused by the disclosure of information, whether caused by security breach, accident, inadvertence, or any other act resulting in disclosure.
