I hope your trip on the ACE train is a unique and rewarding experience. If you are a commuter, I hope you are able to be more productive with your time onboard than when you were gripping the steering wheel of your car and glancing nervously in your rearview mirror every few seconds. If you look around, you will see people reading, sleeping, working on laptops, playing cards, knitting or enjoying the camaraderie of other passengers. Riding the ACE train is easy; our schedule is conducive to every type of travel, from business to leisure.  We offer free parking at each ACE station, and have an extensive network of shuttles bound for destinations throughout the Tri-Valley and Bay Areas.  We encourage you to experience an alternative mode of transit by purchasing a ticket for a more environmentally-friendly way of traveling.

If you are really interested in having a hand in the planning for the ACE service, I also encourage you to join the Passenger Advisory Council. They meet quarterly, or more often as is needed, to discuss ACE service issues and new programs, and to ensure that the passenger perspective is incorporated into every aspect of our business. We operate based upon being dedicated to passengers, responsive to change, and committed to growth. If you see anything to the contrary, I want you to call us on it!
